These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Go Loca website, event listings, and guestlist-request service.

Using Go Loca

Go Loca helps users discover Bengaluru events and submit guestlist requests. By using the website or submitting a guestlist request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information and be legally permitted to attend the event you select.

Guestlist Requests

A guestlist submission is a request, not a ticket, payment receipt, or guaranteed entry. Entry remains subject to venue capacity, the event organiser’s decision, valid ID checks, venue rules, dress code, cover charges, and applicable law. Go Loca and event partners may refuse, cancel, or change a guestlist where necessary for safety, security, capacity, or operations.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of every name and contact number you submit, and for ensuring that you have permission to provide information about other people in your party. You must not submit false, duplicate, automated, unlawful, or misleading guestlist requests.

Event Information

Event times, line-ups, venues, entry conditions, and cover charges can change. We aim to keep listings accurate, but organisers and venues control their events. Confirm important details directly with the organiser or venue before travelling.

Conduct and Safety

Users must comply with venue policies, organiser instructions, security procedures, and applicable laws. Go Loca is not responsible for personal belongings, travel, denied entry, conduct of third parties, or changes outside our reasonable control.

Changes and Contact
